The Lovelace's came over. Aaron unfortunately had a class so Melissa brought Drew & Leah over so we could all go out together. Melissa had Drew's costume picked out a while ago, he was going to be Buzz Lightyear. I knew as soon as she said that, I had to dress Charlie as Woody. I had a heck of a time finding a costume small enough for him. So in the end I got some Woody pajamas and my mother-in-law made a small bandanna to put around his neck. Couldn't find a hat small enough (which he probably wouldn't wear anyways) so we cut the hat.
The boys had a great time. Charlie got the hang of it real quick. He would walk right up to the doors and knock and say Hello! (he does this anytime he knocks on any door :) then when the people come out occasionally he would say something like tee! which I assume is suppose to be trick or treat. He would say thank you and bye see ya! It was so cute. I was a little worried he might be shy and not want to go up to doors, but no way, seems like his Daddy's personality came out in him. It was so fun to see him having so much fun.
Here are a few pics of the night. Drew was a little sleepy b/c he didn't get a good nap so we couldn't coax a smile out of him. Charlie was all over the place...do you have any idea how hard it is to get two, two year olds to look at the camera and stand still???
Adorable! The boys look so cute!
